How Workplace Communication Training Works

Our communication training was developed by our founder who has degrees in psychology and theater. This unique combination of skills helps our clients deeply understand the audience they are speaking to (psychology) and deliver their messaging in an impactful way using story, vocal techniques and effective body language (theater).

This training workshop is very interactive and engaging, and we’ve been told by many it’s also very fun! Here are some of the ways we’ll share our insights and strategies with you:

We take time to understand how internal communication works in your organization to discover where there may be some breakdown in company messaging.
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to learning. We customize our training to fit your team.
Learning is good. Doing is better. Once you’ve gotten the concepts under your belt, we’ll get you using them in role-play situations.
Your team is made up of individuals. While our training provides shared experiences, we also offer individual feedback for every member.
Breaking into smaller groups helps your team members actively learn and engage with our trainers.

You don’t have to memorize everything we share with you. We’ll provide worksheets so you can jot all of those A-ha moments down!

We’ll ensure the lessons have staying power by providing your team with a follow-up plan.
