Effective feedback is often something that is overlooked, but it shouldn’t be! According to Officevibe statistics, four out of ten employees feel actively disengaged when they receive little or no feedback. Forbes also states that ‘ 82% of employees appreciate positive and negative feedback; and 43% of highly engaged employees receive feedback at least once a week as opposed to 18% of low engagement employees.’
