My name is Justin Sheffield and I’m a medically retired Navy SEAL. LaQuita, personally coached me for a speech I gave in front of three thousand people at the Young Presidents annual event in Vancouver. She made me very comfortable to give a speech confidently in front of an audience of that size. Until then, the most I’d ever been in front of is less than a hundred.
